How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

Pack the item securely and return it using the instructions provided

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or as part of a clearance

Personal care/skincare items (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Method
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) after return approval

We’ll contact you to collect your account details once the return is approved

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
