How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return

  3. We’ll guide you on the return process and provide any necessary instructions

  4. Pack the item securely and return it using the instructions provided

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days


Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or worn products

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or as part of a clearance

  • Personal care/skincare items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)


Refund Method

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) after return approval

  • We’ll contact you to collect your account details once the return is approved

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return criteria

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund in some cases (we'll inform you beforehand)

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with pictures for faster resolution
